The Canadian Tae Kwon Do High Performance Athletes and Coaches Program is a service for athletes/coaches looking for a comprehensive training resource to fulfill their developmental and elite-performance needs. Built upon the philosophy that performance excellence is achieved through proper long-term planning and an integrated, holistic approach to athlete development, the HPAC program provides an individualized approach that utilizes the most cutting edge resources and technology delivered by some of the top speed / power coaches in the world.
A) For Coaches - Coaches are leaders who do all they can to help athletes improve and succed. Coaching is a way of thinking and interacting with athletes that communicate high expectations, respect and caring. In this program, individuals learn the concepts and skills of a coaching style of management that builds commitment, drives employee engagement, gets results, and can be integrated into their existing repertoire of leadership skills.
What will coaches learn?

B) For Athletes - With four levels of programs, athletes are placed in a program suitable for their developmental needs. Eeach level is specifically desiged to target the special needs of an athlete based upon his or her developmental requirements. Using an athlete's goals, physical milestones, and regular testing protocols we determine the appropriate training program for that athlete.
Developmental Performance Athlete = Learn and Train to Train Stage
- Entry-level competitors aspiring to compete at the national level
Peak Performance Athlete = Train to Compete Stage
- National competitors aspiring to be champions
Elite Performance Athlete = Learn to Win Stage
- National medalists aspiring to compete internationally
High Performance Athlete = Train to Win Stage
- International competitors aspiring to compete at the Olympic level
